The XFIT classes are non-contact. They focus on bodyweight workouts hiit and cardio mashups with strength circuits. The programme has a strong focus on fitness and fun and developing strength and conditioning. We aim to get you as fit as a professional athlete.
The primary focus of XFIT is to get you into the best shape of your life using the most functional body patterns and movements in a fun, safe and supported way. Classes have limited numbers so full care and attention can be given to clients.
